Thank you for shopping at Bite My Glam! We are dedicated to getting your handmade jewelry to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays).

  • Since each piece is handmade with care, please note that custom or personalized orders may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • International Shipping

    • We are happy to ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

    • Estimated delivery time for international orders is between 7-21 business days, depending on the country.

    • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

    • Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied upon arrival.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at bitemyglam@gmail.com and we will do our best to make the correction before shipment.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your package reaches you, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also want to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, factors outside of our control (such as weather, holidays, or postal delays) can cause shipping delays. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons or in case of unforeseen disruptions.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for updates.
