At Bite My Glam, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade beaded jewelry and accessories. We want you to love what you’ve ordered! However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. This Exchange Policy outlines the process for exchanging your purchase(s).
Returns and Exchanges
Our Exchange Window:
We do not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges within 10 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, show visible signs of damage (upon receipt), with all accessories and original packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

Please contact us at bitemyglam@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, certain items are not eligible for exchanges, including:

Customized or personalized pieces (e.g., items with initials, special bead colors, etc.)

Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged upon receipt)

Earrings (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are defective or damaged)
Condition of Returns
For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, and in its original condition (upon receipt).

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

It must show signs of being defective or damage upon receipt (e.g., broken beads, broken clasp).
Please note: We cannot accept exchages on items that have been altered, resized, or damaged by user after purchased. Items also cannot be exchanged if shown signs or purposeful damage.
Return Shipping Costs

For Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement, repair, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the problem. Please provide photos of the damaged item(s) for us to better assist you.
Cancellations
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes. Please ensure that all return items are properly packaged and labeled to avoid any issues with customs.
